The swim-up room was a cool feature, giving us direct access to the pool. it felt a bit cramped for a family of four. We also dealt with a leaking shower that made things frustrating. Plus, the air conditioning grill falling from the ceiling was a surprise we didn’t expect. a mixed bag in terms of room quality.

Navigating the hilly terrain can become cumbersome, especially for families with strollers. pack comfortable shoes. The dining experience was inconsistent, particularly with the evening offerings at the Retreat, which fell short in quality. While there were options to book other restaurants, finding available slots proved challenging. some bathrooms could definitely use a deeper clean to meet expectations for a resort of this caliber.

the insotel provided a great selection of delicious meals, especially the made-to-order omelettes. the staff were welcoming and attentive, ensuring a pleasant experience throughout our stay. the surroundings are beautifully maintained, perfect for family relaxation.

Had a boss time, la! The staff were dead sound, really went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The food at the buffet was always fresh with loads of options.

Great family vibes, but a bit chaotic

The kids clubs were a big hit with my little ones. They loved the activities and I could chill a bit! The sunset bar had an awesome view for evening drinks. Just wish the family pool wasn’t so crammed all the time, kinda took away from the relaxation vibe, you know? it was a fun stay.

The retreat pool had awesome activities like body boarding, and the buffet had an insane variety of fresh food. We were thrilled with the vibrant evening entertainment too!

Stay in a swim-up adults-only room. Nice to have direct pool access. The beach is great for snorkeling. The food options are good, but reservation system is a hassle with no slots available when you want to book. Busy atmosphere at the main pool. Looks lovely though.
